Our online store is open 24 hours and you may order at anytime. We normally don't process orders on weekends or holidays, therefore any timeframes given are in business days only.
Our juices are made fresh to order by hand and not in large batches due to the number of variations we offer (PG/VG ratio, Flavour strength, etc) and therefore it generally takes a day or two to complete orders containing juices - at times this may be further extended, but rest assured you will receive a quality product. Current production times are shown at the top of each page.
Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.
When selecting juices the bottle size and flavour strength are treated as separate products because they change the price/weight. The PG/VG ratio, being just an option, will reset to the default 100%PG if you change either of the others - please select the size and flavour first.
We are happy to make changes to your order if you notice a discrepancy prior to production but there is nothing we can do once the juice has been made and shipped.
Orders containing only hardware items are usually sent the next business day. If we are able we will try to include your order in the same days shipping run but this is not always possible due to the high volumes of orders we receive.
Please note that Express shipping relates to the postal service and NOT our production times, it still takes us the same amount of time to produce your order.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing My Orders.
Changes to orders can only be made prior to your order reaching the production ('Pack') stage. If you wish to add or change something before then (order status 'New', 'Pick' or 'On Hold') please contact us via the Helpdesk and we'll be happy to see what we can do to assist.
We cannot add 'Out of Stock' items to your order, nor do we offer back ordering.
Please use the notification system for out of stock items (click the blue 'Notify Me' button on the product page) - you'll be emailed just as soon as the product is available again.
No orders will be proccessed until payment has been received/cleared.
Orders remaining unpaid after 4 business days will be cancelled.
