Most of our hardware items have warranties provided by the manufacturer. The warranty period is generally stated on the product page.
There may be conditional warranties imposed on certain products due to their nature and usage and certain items do not carry a warranty as they are deemed consumable items, eg: coils. Please read the warranty details on the page of the product in question.
If you have a problem with a product you've received please contact us via the Helpdesk.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund/replacement of an item that has been physically damaged, tampered with, substituted, or (in the case of an electronic item) suffered liquid ingress.
Items found to be not at fault or unwarrantable will be returned at your expense.
"Change of mind" hardware returns for store credit will be at our descretion.
You must contact us prior to returning any item by lodging a request via the Helpdesk.
Return requests will only be be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
Items returned must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
A store credit will be issued on favourable inspection of the item.
Our Premium eJuices are made to order and will not be replaced/refunded because you have ordered incorrectly or you dont like the flavour.
Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.
